Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Period:
- Cancellations made more than 90 days before the workshop start date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 50 and 90 days before the workshop start date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 50 days before the workshop start date are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Process:
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to cretenvc@gmail.com
- Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the written cancellation request.
Transfer of Registration:
- If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual. Please notify us in writing at least 7 days before the workshop start date with the new participant’s details.
Workshop Cancellation:
o In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund of their registration fee. We will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by the participant, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
