Ian Peatey

I was born in Great Britain iin 1963 and have lived in Eastern Europe since 1994 – first in Poland and now in Romania. I first met Marshall in 2001, starting a personal transformation connecting with my deeper core and changing every aspect of my life. I completed my NVC Certification in 2008 and was among the first trainers certified in Poland, before moving to Romania where, together with my wife, we established NVC in that country.

We now have 16 certified trainers there. 

​My main area of work is as a CNVC assessor (since 2023) and supporting the development of new trainers. Together with my wife, Monica (also a Certified Trainer), I also focus on bringing NVC to couples and intimate relationships.

I have run training in 20 countries and am a regular trainer on IITs and other longer programmes. I am a qualified coach and offer coaching and mentoring. 

I live in Bucharest, Romania.
